  "text": "The following provisions of the UK Borders Act 2007 shall come into force on 25th November 2008 —\n(a) section 9 (biometric registration: penalty);\n(b) for all remaining purposes, section 10 (biometric registration: objection to penalty);\n(c) for all remaining purposes, section 11 (biometric registration: appeal in respect of penalty);\n(d) section 12 (biometric registration: enforcement of penalty); and\n(e) for all remaining purposes, section 13 (biometric registration: code of practice regarding penalty).",
