  "text": "The following provisions of the UK Borders Act 2007 shall come into force on 6th January 2009 —\n(a) section 21 (children);\n(b) for all remaining purposes, section 51 (Border and Immigration Inspectorate: plans); and\n(c) for all remaining purposes, sections 52 and 53 (Border and Immigration Inspectorate: relationship with other bodies).",
