  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force section 24 (seizure of cash) of the UK Borders Act 2007 on 1st April 2010. Section 24 (seizure of cash) applies Chapter 3 of Part 5 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (recovery of cash) to an immigration officer as it applies in relation to a constable.",
