# UK Borders Act 2007, Section 27: Employment: arrest


In section 28AA of the Immigration Act 1971 (c. 77) (arrest with warrant) for subsection (1)(b) substitute—
“(b) section 21(1) of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.”
