  "heading": "Relationship with other bodies: non-interference notices",
  "text": "(1) Subsection (2) applies if the Chief Inspector believes that—\n(a) a prescribed person proposes to inspect any aspect of the work of a person listed in section 48(1A) or (1B), and\n(b) the inspection may impose an unreasonable burden on such a person.\n(2) The Chief Inspector may give the prescribed person a notice prohibiting a specified inspection.\n(3) The prescribed person shall comply with the notice, unless the Secretary of State cancels it on the grounds that the inspection would not impose an unreasonable burden on a person listed in section 48(1A) or (1B).\n(4) A notice must—\n(a) be in the prescribed form, and\n(b) contain the prescribed information.\n(5) The Secretary of State may by order make provision about—\n(a) the timing of notices;\n(b) the publication of notices;\n(c) the revision or withdrawal of notices.",
