  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the UK Borders Act 2007.\n(2) A reference (in any enactment, including one passed or made before this Act) to “the Immigration Acts” is to—\n(a) the Immigration Act 1971 (c. 77),\n(b) the Immigration Act 1988 (c. 14),\n(c) the Asylum and Immigration Appeals Act 1993 (c. 23),\n(d) the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996 (c. 49),\n(e) the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (c. 33),\n(f) the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (c. 41),\n(g) the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc.) Act 2004 (c. 19),\n(h) the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 (c. 13), ...\n(i) this Act , ...\n(j) the Immigration Act 2014 , ...\n(k) the Immigration Act 2016 ,...\n(l) Part 1 of the Immigration and Social Security Co-ordination (EU Withdrawal) Act 2020 (and Part 3 so far as relating to that Part). , ...\n(m) the Nationality and Borders Act 2022 , ...\n(n) the Illegal Migration Act 2023 , and\n(p) the Border Security, Asylum and Immigration Act 2025, other than sections 30 to 36, Part 3 and section 60.\n(o) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(3) Section 64(2) of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 (meaning of “Immigration Acts”) shall cease to have effect.\n(4) In the definition of “The Immigration Acts” in Schedule 1 to the Interpretation Act 1978 (c. 30) (defined expressions) for “section 64 of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006” substitute “ section 61 of the UK Borders Act 2007 ”.",
