# The UK Statistics (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 5: Amendment of the Electricity Supplier Obligations (Amendment & Excluded Electricity) Regulations 2015

In regulation 2(1) of the Electricity Supplier Obligations (Amendment & Excluded Electricity) Regulations 2015 (interpretation), in the definition of “NACE Rev 2”, after “Regulation (EC) No 1893/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 December 2006 (relating to the statistical classification of economic activities)(3)” insert “as that Regulation had effect in EU law immediately before exit day”.
