  "text": "Exiting The European Union\nOfficial Statistics\nSift requirements satisfied 9th November 2021\nMade 22nd November 2021\nLaid before Parliament 23rd November 2021\nComing into force 15th December 2021\nThe Minister for the Cabinet Office makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of, and paragraph 21 of Schedule 7 to, the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (“the 2018 Act”) and section 41(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Act 2020.\nThe requirements of paragraph 3(2) of Schedule 7 to the 2018 Act (relating to the appropriate Parliamentary procedure for these Regulations) have been satisfied.",
