Section 532 Appointment of chief education officer.

F1The duties of a F2local authority in Wales under the Local Government Act 1972 with respect to the appointment of officers shall (without prejudice to the generality of the provisions of that Act) include the duty of appointing a fit person to be the chief education officer of the authority.
