Paragraph 18 I1

After section 167(1) of the Licensing Act 2003 insert—

“(1A)

This section also applies where a court has made an illegal working compliance order under Schedule 6 to the Immigration Act 2016 and the relevant licensing authority has accordingly received a notice under that Schedule.”
