Paragraph 1 Tenancies which become periodic on the commencement dateI1

This paragraph applies to an existing tenancy which becomes a periodic tenancy on the expiry of a fixed term.

Where the fixed term expires immediately before the commencement date, the amendments made by Chapter 1 of Part 1 do not apply in relation to the tenancy until immediately after the first periodic term has begun.
