The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under section 50 of the Companies Act 1989f1 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and having obtained the consent of those Ministers and other persons whose consent he is required to obtain by virtue of section 50(5) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:
