Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Scheme)

This Scheme deletes reference to two slip roads in the Schedule to the M25 Motorway (A13 to A12 Section) (Mar Dyke Connecting Roads)Scheme 1975, and to a length of Motorway and a length of carriageway in Schedule 1 to the M25 Motorway (A13 to A12 Section and Connecting Roads) Scheme 1975.

Accordingly, each of those slip roads ceases to be, and each of those lengths ceases to be part of, a special road, but remains trunk road.
