Article 4 Modifications of provisions of the 1990 Act and the Listed Buildings Act

All the provisions of the 1990 Act and the Listed Buildings Act specified in Part II of Schedule 29 to the 1980 Actf1 shall have effect in relation to the development corporation and to the development area with the modifications specified in that Part.
