Article 2 Commencement of provisions

The following provisions of the Act shall, so far as not then in force, come into force on 1st April 1993—

(a)

sections 99(2) and 111;

(b)

in Schedule 11, paragraphs 29(a), 30, 32 to 36 and 38(b) and (e);

(c)

in Schedule 13, paragraphs 2, 9, 35, 37(2), 38, 40, 44(a), (b) and (d), 53 to 56 and 93; and

(d)

in Schedule 14, the repeals listed in the Schedule to this Order.
