Article 6

Section 35(1) of the 1968 Act (which relates to the fee for registration as a firearms dealer and which was set out, as amended, in Part I of Schedule 2 to the 1990 Order) shall have effect with the substitution of “£118” for “£94”, and accordingly the said section 35(1) shall have effect as set out in Part I of Schedule 2 to this Order.
