Article 3 Revocation
The following provisions of article 3 (provisions coming into force on 1st April 1996) of the Environment Act 1995 (Commencement No. 4 and Saving Provisions) Order 1995f1 are revoked with effect from 1st April 1997—

in paragraph (1), the words “—(1) Subject to paragraph (2),”; and

paragraph (2).
