Article 3 Provisions coming into force on 1st April 1999

Subsection (1) of section 120 of the Environment Act 1995 shall come into force on 1st April 1999 in so far as it relates to paragraphs 67 and 69 to 72 of Schedule 22 (in so far as those provisions are not already in force).
