The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in the exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Animal Health Act 1981f1, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, makes the following Order:

1Title, commencement and extent

This Order may be cited as the Pet Travel Scheme (Pilot Arrangements) (England) (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 22nd June 2000.

This Order shall extend to England only.

2Amendment to the Pet Travel Scheme (Pilot Arrangements) (England) (Amendment) Order 2000

(1)

The Pet Travel Scheme (Pilot Arrangements) (England) (Amendment) Order 2000f1 shall be amended in accordance with this article.

(2)

In article 2(3)f2, in the text of paragraph (2B), for the words “sub-paragraph (c) of paragraph (2A)”, there shall be substituted the words “sub-paragraph (d) of paragraph (2A)”.

3Revocation

The Pet Travel Scheme (Pilot Arrangements) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2000f1 is hereby revoked.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order, which revokes the Pet Travel Scheme (Pilot Arrangements) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order (S.I. 2000/1564), makes a minor amendment to article 2(3) of the Pet Travel Scheme (Pilot Arrangements) (England) (Amendment) Order 2000 (S.I. 2000/1298).

A Regulatory Impact Assessment has not been prepared for this Order.
