The transitional provisions contained in Schedule 2 to this Order shall apply.

The Privy Council may by order make such further transitional provisions as it considers appropriate.

The consequential amendments contained in Schedule 4 to this Order shall apply.

This Order extends to the whole of the United Kingdom.
