(1)

Section 253 of the principal Act shall come into force on 2nd January 2004.

F1(1A)

Section 367 of the principal Act shall come into force on 9th March 2004 for the purposes of enabling regulations to be made under section 6(1) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1967 as amended by that section.

(2)

The provisions of the principal Act set out in Schedule 2 hereto shall come into force on 1st April 2004.

The following provisions of the principal Act shall come into force on 1st July 2004—

(a)

section 278;

(b)

sections 351 and 353 (so far as not already in force); and

(c)
