Paragraph 24

Section 39 (limited immunity for small agreements) is amended as follows.

In subsection (3), after the words “A party to a small agreement is immune from the effect of section 36(1)” there is inserted “ so far as that provision relates to decisions about infringement of the Chapter I prohibition ”.

In the side note, for the words “Limited immunity for small agreements” there is substituted “ Limited immunity in relation to the Chapter I prohibition ”.
