Article 2

The following provisions of the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 shall come into force on 1^st June 2004–

(a)

section 64 (meaning of “appropriate judicial authority”) to the extent not already in force; and

(b)

paragraphs 42 and 67 of Schedule 1 (powers of seizure).
