Article 2 Appointed day for provisions relating to NHS Foundation trusts
1st April 2004 is the appointed day for the coming into force of sections 1, 5 to 20, 22 to 35, and 37 to 39 of, and Schedules 1 and 3 to 5, to the 2003 Act.
