Article 53 Repeals, revocations, amendments and transitional provisions

(1)

~~F1The enactments and instruments referred to in Schedules 2 and 3 are amended, repealed and revoked in accordance with those Schedules.~~

(2)

The enactments and instruments specified in column 1 of Schedules 4 and 5 are repealed or revoked, as the case may be, to the extent specified in the corresponding entry in column 3.

(3)

Any conditions imposed under section 20(2A) or (2C) of the London Building Acts (Amendment) Act 1939 M1 before the date when this Order comes into force and which relate to maintenance, shall cease to have effect from that date.
