Paragraph 13

In section 179 (local licensing schemes), for the words “the achievement of policies in the licensing authority’s local transport plan” substitute—

• 1. (a)

     “in the case of an authority other than an excepted authority, the achievement of policies in their local transport plan, or

  2. (b)

     in the case of an excepted authority with no local transport plan, the achievement of their policies developed under section 108(1)(a).”.
