Paragraph 1 Powers under the Environment Act 1995F1
United Kingdom
For the purposes of enforcing the Community Regulation and these Regulations, a person on whom the powers in section 108 of the Environment Act 1995 are conferred may exercise those powers in the English area, the Welsh area and the Scottish area.
