For the tables in Schedule 1 to the 1991 Act (close seasons), substitute—

In section 2 of the 1991 Act, omit subsections (4) and (5).

In section 15 of the 1991 Actf1, for subsection (2), substitute—

“(2)

A statutory instrument containing an order made under section 4(3) above shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.”.

(4)

In section 16 of the 1991 Act, after the definition of “deer” insert “ “species” includes any hybrid of different species of deer”.
