Article 10 Consequential amendments and repealsI1

The consequential amendments in Schedule 4 to this Order have effect.

In that Schedule—

• Part 1 contains amendments of provisions of the 1985 Act,

• Part 2 contains amendments of the 1986 Order, and

• Part 3 contains amendments of other enactments and instruments.

The consequential repeals in Schedule 5 to this Order have effect.
