Paragraph 109 Gambling Act 2005 (c.19)I1

In section 353(1) of the Gambling Act 2005 (general interpretation), for the definition of “director” substitute—

• ““director”—

  1. (a)

     has the meaning given by section 250 of the Companies Act 2006, and

  2. (b)

     includes a shadow director within the meaning of section 251 of that Act,”.
