Regulation 27 Functions under the Homelessness Act 2002I1
England and Wales
Where functions under the Homelessness Act 2002f1, other than those referred to in regulation 12(1)(c), fall to be discharged by a preparing council which is a county council or by a shadow council—
(a)
before the reorganisation date, and
(b)
as regards the financial year beginning on that date,
references in that Act to a local housing authority shall be taken to include references to a council of either of those descriptions.
