Article 2 Commencement
Subject to article 5, the following provisions of the 2007 Act shall come into force on 29th February 2008—
(a)
section 27 (employment: arrest); and
(b)
section 28 (employment: search for personnel records).

section 28 (employment: search for personnel records).
