Article 5 Provisions coming into force in the specified areas on 1st April 2008 and transitional provision

Until section 2(1) of the Act comes into force for the remaining areas in England and Wales, the reference in that subsection to “throughout England and Wales” is to be read as “in relation to the areas for which this subsection is in force”.
