Article 2 Appointed days

The day appointed for the coming into force of section 273^f1 (resolution of disputes) of the Pensions Act 2004—

(a)

for the purpose only of conferring power to make regulations, is 5th March 2008; and

(b)

for all other purposes, is 6th April 2008.
