Article 4 Commencement of provisions on 6th April 2009

6th April 2009 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the provisions of the Act listed in Part 1 of Schedule 4, subject to the transitional provision in Part 2 of that Schedule.

(2)

6th April 2009 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the provisions of the Act listed in Schedule 5 as respects England.
