In section 231 (appeals from residential property tribunals)—

(a)

in subsections (1) and (3) for “Lands Tribunal” substitute “Upper Tribunal”;

(b)

for subsection (2) substitute—

“(2)
But the appeal may only be made with the permission of the residential property tribunal or the Upper Tribunal.”; and

(c)

omit subsection (5).
