Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order further amends the transitional and transitory provisions and savings made in the Charities Act 2006 (Commencement No. 5, Transitional and Transitory Provisions and Savings) Order 2008 (S.I. 2008/3267 (C.150), amended by S.I. 2009/2648 (C.118)). institutions to which section 23(2) of that Act applies.
