Pending the commencement of paragraph 76 of Schedule 26 to the 2010 Actf1 so far as it relates to section 34(2)(b) of the 2006 Act, as substituted by sub-paragraph (3) of that paragraph, section 34 of the 2006 Act, and section 33(1) of that Actf2 so far as it applies to that section, apply in relation to duties under or by virtue of—
(a)
sections 76A to 76C of the 1975 Act;
(b)
section 71 of the 1976 Act; and
(c)
sections 49A to 49D of the 1995 Act.
