Article 1 Citation and commencementI1

This Order may be cited as the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records) (Isle of Man) Order 2010.

Subject to paragraphs (3) to (5) this Order comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Article 3(2)(a) (the extension of section 112 of the 1997 Act) and the modifications specified in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 come into force on the day on which section 112 of the 1997 Act comes into force in England and Wales.

Article 4(2)(d) (the extension of the repeal of section 113E of the 1997 Act) comes into force F1on such day as the Department of Home Affairs of the Isle of Man may by Order appoint.

The modifications specified in paragraph 2(b)(ii) of Schedule 2 come into force on the day on which section 170(2) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006^f1 (prohibition on participation in management: supplementary) comes into force in England and Wales.
