Paragraph 16 Licensing Act 2003I1

The Licensing Act 2003^f1 is amended as follows.

In section 13(4)^f2 (vessels: responsible authorities), in paragraph (h)(iii), for “the British Waterways Board” substitute “Canal & River Trust”.

In section 69(4)^f3 (vessels: responsible authorities), in paragraph (h)(iii), for “the British Waterways Board” substitute “Canal & River Trust”.
