in subsection (1)(c) after “concluded”, insert “or an application has been made by him for a debt relief order (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986) and the application has not been determined”;

in subsection (2)(b) after “concluded” insert “or, in the case of an application for a debt relief order, the application is determined”.

in paragraph (b), after “interim”, insert “bankruptcy restrictions”;

after paragraph (b) insert—

“(ba)

a moratorium period under a debt relief order (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986) applies in relation to him or he is the subject of a debt relief restrictions order or an interim debt relief restrictions order (under Schedule 4ZB of the Insolvency Act 1986),”.
