Paragraph 14 Children Act 2004 (c.31)

In section 12 of the Children Act 2004 (information databases), in subsection (7), after paragraph (e) insert—

“(ea)

the proprietor of an alternative provision Academy that is not an independent school (within the meaning of that Act);”.
