Article 3 Provisions coming into force on 28th January 2013
The following provisions of Chapter 1 of Part 1 of the Act (green deal) come into force on 28th January 2013—
(a)
sections 23 and 24 (gas and electricity codes);
(b)
sections 25 to 28 (modifying consumer credit legislation).
