Article 2 Provisions coming into force on 15th July 2013I1

United Kingdom

The following provisions of the Crime and Courts Act 2013 come into force on 15^th July 2013—

(a)

section 20, for the purposes of the commencement of Parts 2, 6 and 7 of Schedule 13;

(b)

section 23;

(c)

section 25(4), for the purpose only of making regulations;

(d)

section 25(5) and (8);

(e)

section 29;

(f)

section 32; and

(g)

Parts 2, 6 and 7 of Schedule 13.
