1Citation and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Trusts (Capital and Income) Act 2013 (Commencement No.2) Order 2013.

2Provision coming into force on the 1st January 2014

Section 4 of the 2013 Act (total return investment by charities), so far as not already in force, comes into force on 1st January 2014.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order commences section 4 of the Trusts (Capital and Income) Act 2013 (which was previously commenced for the purpose only of exercising the power to make regulations), so far as that section is not already in force. Sections 5 and 6 of the Act came into force on the day it was passed, and the rest of the Act was commenced by the same Order which partially commenced section 4, so that the entire Act is now commenced.
