Article 3 Amendments to the Trade Marks (International Registration) Order 2008

Schedule 2 (which sets out modifications to provisions of the Trade Marks Act 1994 which apply to International Trade Marks (UK)) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 6 (which inserts section 38A into the Trade Marks Act 1994), in the text of section 38A(5) set out in that paragraph, for “beginning with” substitute “beginning immediately after”.
