Article 4 Provisions coming into force on 6th April 2016I1

For the purpose of a contract to supply a consumer transport service the following provisions of the Act come into force on F11st October 2016, subject to the transitional provisions and savings in article 6—
(a)
section 48(1) to (4) (contracts covered by this Chapter);
(b)
sections 49 to 59; and
(c)
paragraphs 2 to 6, 10 to 17 and 21 to 27 of Schedule 4.
