The Housing Act 2004 is amended as follows.

In section 72 (offences in relation to licensing of HMOs), in subsection (6), for “a fine not exceeding £20,000” substitute “a fine”.

(3)

In section 95 (offences in relation to licensing of houses under Part 3), in subsection (5), for “a fine not exceeding £20,000” substitute “a fine”.
