Article 2 Provisions coming into force on 1st October 2016

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 (Commencement No.3, Transitional Provisions, Savings and Consequential Amendments) Order 2015^f1 is amended as follows.

In article 4 (provisions coming into force on 6th April 2016), for “6th April 2016” in the heading and in the opening words, substitute “1st October 2016”.

In article 6 (transitional and saving provisions in respect of Parts 1 and 2 of the Act), in sub-section (2), for “6th April 2016” substitute “1st October 2016”.
