Article 12 Validity of things done before coming into force of OrderI1

This Order does not affect the validity of anything done (or having effect as if done) by or in relation to the Chancellor of the Duchy or the Minister for the Cabinet Office before the coming into force of this Order.

In paragraph (1), the references to the Chancellor of the Duchy and the Minister for the Cabinet Office include references to the Cabinet Office or an officer in that Office.
